RENTAL POLICY

	Minimum Periods - As Stated
	1. ½ Day Rate - 	Pick up anytime in A.M. and return by noon.
	2. ½ Day Rate - 	Pick up anytime in P.M. and return by closing time.
	3. 1 Day Rate -     	Pick up anytime in A.M. and return by closing time.
	4. 1 Day Rate -    	Pick up anytime and return next day by same time.
	5. Customer will be charged for clean-up of rental equipment if not clean when returned.

RENTAL PERIOD

	8 Hours   = 1 Day Rate - Double or Triple Shifts = Double Rate
	40 Hours  = 1 Week Rate
	160 Hours = 4 Week Rate

NO FREE TIME

	Charges are from the time picked up and until returned including Saturday,
	Sunday and Holidays.  Hourly Time Fees after 24 hours period are day rate ÷ 8.
	These late charges can be avoided by returning on time.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

	Small Tools and equipment delivered free within city limits.
	Larger units and out of town delivery - call for rate.

	Rental units will be full of fuel when picked up and must be refilled by customer before return.

	Tax charged for rental can not be converted to tax paid on purchase of equipment.

	Replacement blades on rental trowels are customer's reponsibility after first
	day use.

	Rental items are NOT covered by our insurance.  For your protection against
	loss, you must have your Insurance Company provide us with proof of 
	insurance for items rented from Stan Houston Equipment Company, Inc.
